Pembroke Pines, FL Day 4

Posted on November 12, 2021February 4, 2022 by Michael Kurt
  • Battery @ 9.9V, dropped quickly when tried to start without NOCO
  • No coolant loss, but 2/8” layer of darker liquid on top
  • Not able to definitively call it oil, but that’s about all it could be.
    • Could be hard/cracked o-rings in engine oil or transmission oil cooler
  • Washed outside of cab windows
  • Power steering fluid level okay
  • Lubed air reservoir drain valve and cable with WD-40
  • Lost air overnight; rear suspension dropped; no air in reservoir
  • No leak evident on truck/module gasket after rain, though the top-right (passenger side) is rotted and cracked. Patched it with duck tape.
